Anybody know a good site to make those Myspace graphic quote boxes?

I want to make my own quote boxes for Myspace such as the ones you see on Freecodesource.com. I don't know how to use HTML but I am wondering if there are any Creators out there. I'm finding ones for Icons but I want it to be bigger.

What you can do to make your own is like..
1. Use microsoft word and create what you want then save it as a picture.
( what i would do is use the print scrn button ((above the insert key on your keyboard))) [ the print scrn will capture what ever is on your computer screen so make sure you have word open when you are pushing the button]
2. Open PAINT and then PASTE what you have just copied with the print scn button onto the paint canvas.
(You will see the whole computer screen)
3. Crop just the picture and words you want.
4. Then save it as a picture.
5. Then go to a place like
http://www.tinypic.com
and upload it

** I dont think there is a place you can go and actually make one, but i hope this helps you*
