OK. 1) The best Wham track by far is an album track from Fantastic called 'A Ray Of Sunshine' - no one much knows it now as it wasn't a single and it's killer. 2) Japan are a sadly underrated band: Recommend European Son. 3) Psychedelic Furs: Heartbreak Beat. 4) Love and Money: Candybar Express. 5) Fiat Lux (from near you in Wakefield): Blue Emotion.

Agadoo man, its an 80's classic, also spitting image song. Theres stuff like madness, bros, culture club, maybe's some stranglers and stuff like that. A little bit of glam rock, T-Rex, stuff like that. Late 70's stuff is usually better remembered than the early stuff. Also Songs from Grease, dirty dancing for those who fell in love at the school xmas disco and other obscure love songs

I am a 70's child so will see if I can think of 5 obscure songs from that era 1st one springs to mind is THE MONSTER MASH can't recall who sang it. then Elton john and kiki dee DON'T GO BREAKING MY HEART then there's SUGAR SUGAR who ever sang that one, and the one about the STREAKER and something from sweet or paper lace BILLY DON'T BE A HERO or jasper carrot FUNKY MOPED.
your actually spoilt for choice for something obscure and strange from the 70's getting all nostalgic now have fun and don't forget billy paul ME AND MRS JONES not obscure but a classic
