I have worked with Asrock boards in the past & never had any real issues.

The only thing I did not like was that in many cases Windows XP was not able to detect the sound card & install drivers of its own during the installation process.
I had to go to the Asrock site & download the drivers.

This really isn't a big deal, however, it tells me that should Asrock decide not to post drivers for newer versions of Windows in the future my OS upgrade options will be limited.

I agree with the first respondant .... go for an Asus, Tyan or even an Intel board.
Unless you a getting a great deal or it has fearures that no other board offers ... why specifically Asrock ?
That is what you must ask yourself.

Philip T

Asrock P4i65G is fine. If you buy the case, get a quality power supply, don't use the free one that comes with case.
