My Dell Dimension 8200 turned 3 years old now. Have no more support from them in case of problems. I have no idea how to upgrade my computer such as where to find the extra RAM suitable for this computer. Can somebody help me out with more information about what is the best thing I should do?

Wow, I remember those towers were ugly as crap. Anyway, why not try something other then a Dell now? HP's are very good and unlike Dell have competent customer support.

I got a new dell last yr and the CD burner has gone bad three times I am now using the fourth piece of junk that they put in. dell has started using low cost components and you will be the one to pay for it!

No. Dell has thrown customer service out the window. Get something else.
