After me and my boyfriend had our spaces (meaning, cooling-off), we have somehow the right to see someone else and maybe he does to with another girl or guy, I did, (he has a permission on it) after he knows i make out with another guy, he just send me an SMS message that he hates me now... what should i do? Should i take it that he still loves me because he's somewhat jealous or he is really mad at me that there's a slim chance we would be back together? Can you help me analyze the situation? Please... Thanks.

Hi, i think he is jealous as the saying is- you don't realise what you've got until you've lost it. If i were u i would email him a message just saying something like- Im sorry ur being like this but we have parted our ways and would like to stay friends but if not that is your decision and i would understand.

Why were you guys on a break in the first place? Was the relationship healthy or were there serious problems that resulted in the break? As for him being mad, he's jealous, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you two should be together. Just because he's jealous doesn't mean that you can work out whatever problems you may or may not have had. Good luck!

sometimes taking a break doesn't mean you go out with other people. It is just the time you reflect on your relationship, figure out where it's headed. Maybe your boyfriend still loves you, so he was mad when you went out with someone else. You need to talk this out with him. The point is, how much do you feel for him today? Do you still love him as before? You might want to answer those questions for yourself before you confront him.

I've never seen a cooling off period work for anyone, once you split for any reason for anytime . it's time to move on. sorry but it's just the way i see it and it's happened to me also. and it sucks
