I dont know exactly what you mean, but if you refer to limiting the usage of technology then i can say that it is always good to use technology but you can try to avoid using it because maybe in one moment you wont be able to have it and you wont know how to do anything without it... So i think it shouldnt be limited, but you should learn other ways to do things without technology
