Double-mouse-click the clock on the bottom right corner in the Taskbar.

Start > Control Panel > Date and Time

Right click on the task bar in the lower right corner (or where-ever you have it set). This will take you to your computer time clock. Just click on the numbers you want to change.

Double click on the clock in the lower right corner. It will pop up and you just change from there. That's how I do it anyway.
