He's >nice< and sympathetic and listens to me and all, but is boring, frankly I feel like his life is so loser-ish, and he's so gross in his pictures >.< cut off all contact? i just feel bad about it cause like, he's so f-ing obsessed with me, gave me this virtual "present" on facebook, I dunno what to do, wants me to CALL him, I mean ....

Have you already told him you are only intersted in a friendship and nothing else? If not, let him know straight out. If he's not taking the hint with that and still pursuing you, then you need to cut the ties. Don't call him, because that will further lead him to believe you are interested.

Just cut the cord, either flat out tell him you are not interested (Which would work with many) or just ignore him.
