I have a 68 holy paladin. I very much enjoy healing, and I'm rather better at it than some priests in my raiding group. It can be hard to be a healing paladin, you have to have a lot of concentration and work hard for the best gear. But I like it!
I have a 69 gnomish rogue. I'm fairly middle of my class with her -- I don't push out tons of damage like my class mates, but I live longer and so I tend to wear at their records over time.
I have several characters in their high 40's -- druid, priest and warlock. I enjoy the druid's solo abilities a lot! Priestess is very fragile, so I like to use her in groups. Never got the hang of a caster, so my warlock is more a banker than anything else.
