hello
i would not do that to any person
i would not tell any one that he is a dumb
but certainly i would work on this person if he means any thing to me
i would discuss his acts to the allowed level with out hurting him
within the discussion i might reach with him the rightness and the mistakes of a specific act
but would not judge totality
