In India, the Economic Times has released ET 500 March 2007 issue of top companies on various counts, including revenues based. Page 30 to 55 of the issue will answer your question with statistics. Get a copy of the issue for latest position.

Nobody can tell you, you have to narrow this down, each country selects theses and then all the top companies are pooled worldwide to choose the top ones.
