I once found a fingernail in a quiche from a farm shop cafe....it made me physically sick. Took it back and they refunded the cost but I got the feeling they didnt believe me. They must have thought I was very odd too as I kept peering at all the staff's hands.

It has happened to me a few times so I just take it back and ask for my money back then go elsewhere, if I find anything in my food like that it totally puts me off.

No because I very rarely eat out or order in. I make all my own meals and never use ready meals. If I find a hair, it belongs to me so its just coming back to Mama.

Had a fly in a salad once...ew. Didn't have to pay for the meal, though. I think that was just so I wouldn't stand up and shout it out to the whole place.

Yes, I don't eat it and complain to the compay, they will automatically refund your money, (or they should). They know word of mouth travels fast, and if you tell your friends and family that this happened they can lose a lot of business. Complain!

I actually found part of a roach in a salad once. Naturally, I took it back. They came very close to accusing me of putting it there. Don't go there anymore.

I really do not like to eat out anymore...because of all the horror stories...I heard someone laughing with their friends saying they spit in the food....then all the rats.
I am really scared to eat out anywhere. The people are really sick in the world today...what do you think they are doing to are food.
