The only way you could really do this is with a proxy, and most IT guys know how to block websites that come through proxies, and still more of them know how to block the proxy sites altogether.
And if you're caught, you'd lose your internet priveleges completely, and that's best case scenario. Don't think you know more than the IT guys. From where they sit, they know everything that you do on that computer. They've probably already found this question, if you posted it at work, and are waiting for you to try and get around the system.
