No. The death penalty is wrong and shouldn't exist anywhere. Innocent people get killed. What right has society got to say whether someone should live or die? The death penalty solves nothing.

No.

If someone is erroneously imprisoned, and his innocence it proven later (which happens a lot more than one would think), you can always release them. They'll have lost years of their life, but at least they can still have the rest. If you erroneously execute someone, you can't reverse that.

Also, killing another human being is the worst crime known to man. Of course, an execution isn't quite the same thing as murder, but it's still the same basic act, and it's still saying that it can be okay to violently take a human life. I believe that that's wrong.

I think it should and it shouldnt why u ask well. If it was introduced allot of inccoent people MAYBE killed when they didnt commit the crime bt if it was introduced it would make alot of criminals think twice before doing the unthinkable. Hope this helped :)
