I love brown. I vote for that dress this year and the really special one for when you are a senior. Have fun and be safe!

i'm kinda old for this but i saw a couple things on tv last week about prom styles and short is fine (long as u don't show alot when bending over or dancing) wear small heels you can dance in (flats make legs look shorter) whatever u think is right for any event go ahead and wear it, think of how other people are dressed for events, we all dress differently- wear what you feel good and confident in that's what i say, who cares what everyone thinks, you'll remember it they won't

Brown would work...add some touches of gold here and there and wear some pretty gold sandals; you'll be a knockout! â¥

You didnt tell us much...what is it made out of? any detailing such as lace, beading, etc? It doesnt have to be long to be appropiate..it just needs to be dressy enough

Sounds ok, although brown's not very dressy. You might do better in red or black...but, essentially, it's your choice.
