I gotta say I'm pretty excited about our chances. Don't get me wrong, I'm no fool. I've been a Hawks fan since thier inception in '76, so if anyone knows about disapointment, it's me. I normally don't place too much faith in a few free agent moves, but I gotta say, they were at critical positions. I don't think there is much to add to the offense, but that defense (in particular the defensive backfield) needed retooling, and that's what were getting. I hate to see Hamlin leave, but I guess that's the way of free agency these days.

Well all the teams in the west are getting better so they need to make sure they still lock up the division, But Arizona and San Fransisco have gotten a lot better this off season, I'm a Rams fan and they need to start getting busy in free agency because they need help on defense.

The Seahawks will go all the way next year! No other team is stout in the NFC. Only the Seahawks. If the Seahawks were in the AFC West and Oakland was in the NFC West the Seahawks would still go to the playoffs. The Seahawks have been to the playoffs the last four years. Has your team? The Seahawks only problem last season was the crappy O-line play. With the amount of talent at guard in the draft we will be a force next year and watch Alexander run wild on all the defenses this year. The defense will be superior next year due to the addition of good depth this offseason and Kerney. The Seahawks have more talent in their back ups than most of the NFC teams have starting.

Unfortunately, I think the Seahawks have missed their window of opportunity. They will still be a contender in the West, but San Francisco is on the rise and Arizona should improve.

If Fank Gore keeps improving (and I expect him to), I think he will lead not only the NFC West in rushing, but also the whole NFC.

Seahawks aren't able to win. The only reason they got to the second round was because Tony Romo can't hold or run with the ball. Only reason they will be in the playoffs is a lucky wildcard spot.

Only if SF doesn't win the Division title. Seattle needs to take care of their own division before they can take care of the playoffs.

They have to learn how to defeat San Francisco first.
