He won't go to jail, might get Community Service over it at most. Yeah they have an article up about it already, that is about all that is said. Anyway I honestly say look what happens with him leaving the Steelers. Yeah he went to Cam Cameron the coach on Monday morning, so give him that much credit. Probably shouldn't be much of a surprise that these two don't like each other and lead to them trash-talking and getting in a fight at some point.

Actually Porter walked up to Jones who was playing Blackjack and said, "I heard you were talking S***." The fight broke out from there and Joey won. Levi Jones left the casino with a towel over his head. Joey must have F***ed him up!! The only reason Porter got caught though is because a cop saw him hit Jones.
MORAL: If you punch someone in Vegas make sure a cop is not around cuz they can't do anything

Too bad he did not show that much aggression on the field for the Steelers this past year. He was nearly invisible in the games vs. the Ravens. Good Luck Dolphin fans.
