Why not pick a pretty name from your home country that means something sweet - like beautiful or light. Is there someone in your life back home that really effected you positively - a best friend or a favorite aunt? Perhaps select their names.
Many non American names are really beautiful here, but becareful with some that may be to long or to hard to say. I find with most European names select something that has an "a" in it. They go over well here, are easier to spell and people will be able to pronounce her name. II have an Icelandic friend who's name is Kristin back home, but means Christina in the US. She would get upset that no one knew this.
I lived through out Europe and I wouldNOT recommending just picking everyday American names - there is way to many Emily, Emma, Isabella, Marie, etc.... Although they are pretty names, try something original.
I would be intersted to know where you are from and what names you may select back home.
Congrads!:)

Look at family names and see if any of them stand out to you. For example my grandmother is Gloria Ann and I think it is a beautiful name and plan to use Gloria Annabeth. I will also use my mothers middle name Rose as one of my childrens middle names and my uncles, godfather, and grandfathers names for my sons. If you cant find any family names that you absolutely love than make a list of every name that comes to mind within a 10 -15 period. Then cross off the ones that you hate or would not like to use. Hopefully you will be left with a few names and then once the baby is born pick the name that suits him or her the best. To jump start your list here are a few of my favorites:
Girls
Amelia
Brooke
Bethany
Cadence
Cecelia
Delaney
Evelyn
Felicity
Gloria
Hailey
Isabelle
Julie - Julia
Kammie
Lauren
Madaline
Nadine
Oliva
Paige

I'm not fond of "Klara," but it's your baby. What about Kennette or Jonica (pronounced Ken et and John ick ah)? I went to elementary school with two people named both names. I thought they were such pretty names.
