If you have been taking your pill regularly it is unlikely you are pregnant. It most likely is gas. You wouldn't be off your last week of pills, so you wouldn't be getting period cramps yet.

On the other hand, surprises do happen, and this is right around the time when the embryo burrows into the uterine lining. Women who get implantation bleeding right around the time that they would get their period often mistake it for their period. Continue through your last week of pills and during your off week see if you get your period (which will be much heavier than any implantation bleeding you would get). You could still take a pregnancy test then- even if they haven't worked in the past, each pregnancy is different and may produce enough HGH that it will detect it.

Difference is approximately a million week. Implantation happens approximately day 21-24. Menstrual cramps could arise approximately day 27-28-29. And, if you're bleeding, I could placed cash on them being menstrual cramps. Perhaps there may be whatever else happening inflicting them to be worse than common?

i know my sister has all weird things happen to her just like your saying and its all a result of the pill. She has very irregular periods and weird pain and all of that caused by the pill but once the pill has settled in every thing gets normal again.I guess if you have been on the pill before you know how it reacts with your body in which case it could be pregnancy.
