To abort the shutdown...go to start -> Run....type in "shutdown -a"
Now as far as removal...you will need to disable system restore....and remove the virus in Safe mode...

That is caused by the sasser virus trying to attack your PC. Microsoft has a patch (MS04-011) which patches the vulnerability in the lsass.exe that allows such attacks.
Check the Microsoft KnowledgeBase for the information of the issue and the patch to fix it.

i have this problem before..
1st, try deleting your internet temp folder
use full disk clean up, clean up everything
turn off system restore, most of the virus would reside on the system restore files
go to your windows folder> temp
most of the files needed by this virus/prog is in this folder (scanning parameters) delete all of them also
then go to ur user accts create a new acct, computer administrator acct, so i assume that there would be 2 computer administrator acct., u need this bec u need to delete the acct that has been infected..
log off, then log on to the new computer administration acct, then delete the old, if you want to save your previous docs, music, vids, apps, i suggest u to manually copy paste those, that is located at Documents and Settings..
then you can perform a full system scan
