to their face to cause an "odd girl out" atmosphere? How do they choose their victims and what is their motive? Why do they even "need" a victim?

These are very negative, small minded people. Do not worry about their actions, they aren't worth it. It's a bullsh*t game and it's childish and immature. Don't play it. They choose someone they are threatened by, to knock them down to their level. They do this to empower themselves. Standing up to them and not playing into the game exposes how petty they truly are.

You have asked a good question. Before I retired; the whole corporation ganged up on me, it started with a few women > that turned an entire corporation to try to prove me mentally ill. I took test after test with their at least $500.00 an hour mental doctors; when they could not prove me mentally ill; they barred me from the corp.(with pay), then they made me go on disability; I was not yet 55 so when they finally let me back to work, they took my job away and I had to beg to keep a job every 90 days, yes, by the mercy and grace and goodness of the Triune God I was able to stay at the corporation until 56; begging to stay, oh there were a few disciples of Jesus Christ that helped me, thank God; I was able to retire, yet before one had planned, I could not take the pain any longer, so I made a step of faith and retired with not enough money to pay my rent. God has blessed me and I know the Triune God shall continue to bless me and lead and guide me into all truth; but what caused those women to start up all the cruel punishment against me is unknown even today; and one retired in 2004? It was very very painful; and society is still trying to destroy me; but greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world; the Triune God > Jesus Christ being the chief Conner stone. Thank you Father God.

Because they are cats. They seek out the weakest one. Without an attack, no one is proven the strongest. It is a jungle and you are the prey. Time to Come Alive and Fight for Your Survival!! Fight them with your claws and don't let them see you cower in a corner. Strike out and scratch some of them deep enough to see and smell some blood!!! It's in there somewhere. Find It Now!!!

Well, from my own experience... I think they are simply insecure with themselves and they feel intimidated by you! They may be jealous and envious that you are prettier, more knowledgeable, ahead of them, younger, and many other reasons. Just ignore it.. do your job and if speaking up is necessary just tell them that you don't have time for their immature comments and behavior.. you here for work and not interact with people that only focus on hurting others to make themselves feel better. Don't worry it happens all the time. If it's really bothersome, you may want to speak with your boss to clear things up... if it doesn't bother you so much, then ignore it. Good luck and don't forget to ALWAYS smile in their faces!

Stupidity and Jealousy - They want to try to boot any one out that becomes a threat - To them - Sad but it happens so much -- I just hope this person can stand the heat and conquer past their bad behavior

Because deep down, most women are sadistic and enjoy emotionally torturing others as long as there is no price to pay and they can sustain the illusion that they are nice little angels...
