In our college some IT 7 BPO companies are comming like .IBM DAKSHA,GLOBAL SERVICES,BIPRO,there are 28 companies............I want to know what they will ask to us in our Interview .In first round what they will ask.....In II round.......what they will ask.....I m facing this type of interview i time.Plz help me...........

Don't take any tension dear.
Requirements of BPO....
1. Good english language speaking.
2. accent like american or decent.
now remember third third point is really crucial dear.
3. They will ask u to talk on some topics provided by them. Then u talk on this topic...but remember don't talk too fast...otherwise they will directly reject u. Remember some people becomes overconfident and try to speak fast...then they gets drop...
so be prepare...and have a good career dear.

in first round they'll just have an intro...to test your communications skills...in second round there will be a telephonic round...i.e they'll test whether u r capable of communicating on the fone or not , and in the third round they'll have a personal interview of yours.. all the best..for your interview...

just stop worrying about their task. relax and be confident while giving interview. in the game of chess we loose if we start presuming the other players move.
