we have lots of options in RAM buying like transcend, hynix corsair etc. their price are also different always.
is there a big difference between different companies RAM. if yes what and why ?
if i buy transcend 1 GB DDR 2 667 instead of HYnix 1 GB DDR 2 667, by percentage wise how much difference i will get ?

Technically RAM is RAM, the difference is that different manufacturers have different methods of making their product and thus will vary between companies. Some companies are better then others and their products will reflect that. Even from the same company two sticks of RAM can vary by as much as 10% in actual RAM amount. Personally I have used Crucial RAM many times without many problems.

None...the RAM specs are exactly the same from what you have provided...

Both are 1gb....both are DDR2 and both are 667 (am assuming mHz)

yeah. now just choose which one is cheaper. or which of those you prefer
