Grammatically, neither.
The correct way to say it in English is: "I've already seen it twice", or "I saw it twice" if you'd prefer the shorter version.
I agree with the folks above that "already" is not necessary...which is what "redundant" means....
The second one gets the thumbs up from people in the form you've shown because of the American abuse of the English language.

They are both correct. The second is what is called a passive sentence. It has an unnecessary adverb (have). I saw it twice already is clear, succinct and to the point. I wouldn't listen to these other yahoos. Go with the first sentence.

The second one is the most correct, but people usually choose the first one, for speed.
By the way, "I've already seen it twice." would be almost perfect. Already is not that redundant...

The second sentence is correct but the word already is an ambigious liability.

The second sentence would be correct,however, it does give the impression that you intend seeing it again. I would lose the Already
