Nano stuck in disk mode HELP?

Question

My nano went into disk mode lastnight and it's stuck saying ok to disconnet in the center. I've tried to hold down the middle button but it won't reset. Is there anything else that i can do to fix it? Apple haven't been helpful. Thank you.

If it's still plugged in then unplug it and plug it back in. If it's unplugged, then plug it in. If that doesnt work take it to the Apple store.
