No, you can set up a temporary situation where you get over-extended, but it's not like you have an allotment of orgasms and once you reach that total, you're done.
Sex interest waxes and wanes, much like the tides.

Don't forget, Sex in the City is just a show. It's funny to see Samantha struggle with that because of who her character is. She also got the feeling back eventually.
You can become temporarily desensitized but that is true for any part of your body if the nerve endings are over worked.
It's not like a punch card or game ticket, you don't run out. Otherwise people wouldn't want multiple orgasms lol.
Don't worry, you can have sex as much as you want and orgasm to your hearts content, no bad will come of it.

Umm, it's probable. But, I doubt, as long as there are intervals between sexual encounters, say a few weeks, then no. The vagina, is made to shrink, but too much sex, without proper intervals (to let the vagina shrink) can probably lead to the vagina 'loosening'. Now that would definitely cause it to be harder to achieve climax, but as long as you don't have sex like more than 3 or even I'd say up to 5 times a week, then you'll be fine. Plastic surgery, is always a possibility for repairing the 'loosening' if you're willing to do it.

You need to get out from in front of that blasted TV! It's corrupting you in more ways than one! How is it possible to "use up" orgasms? It is a neurologically transpired process which is involuntary stimuli! As long as you have health and stamina you can go at it all day and all night if your heart desires! Never heard of anyone wearing it out!

you can't use up all of your orgasms. their are not possible to use up. you can however loose sensation after too much masterbation, but that comes back after a week or less.
