I'm from EEA and intend to come to Cardiff area to work.I want to let a 2-3 bed. house and I'd like to know what is the monthly cost of living (water,gas,electricity, phone line,TV,etc). Any information about letting prices, agencies, etc. are worth.Thank you.Teo

Hi there, check out lettings websites such as www.simple2rent.co.uk - no fees to tenants or landlords, and you will get an idea of rental prices. As to other charges it depends on the size of the property, its council tax band and so on. Its best to speak with a prospective landlord ... just phone them up and ask.
