we cry when we're sad or happy or angry. why? what is the connection between our tears and the way we feel?

That's just the way our bodies were made. It's a way to release an emotion for some ppl. Some ppl really don't cry, they release their emotions in a different way (yelling, beating, fighting, laughing, smiling,etc.). That's just the way God made us and how our body works. Each tear that falls from ur face has a story or meaning behind it, a reason.

Crying makes person relief what's inside on her/his
feelings.. correct emotions comes out in terms of tears or
when one smile /cries.

that is a really good question! it is really strange when you think about water flowing from small holes, or ducts, on the bottom of your eye. Emotion triggers a part in your brain which in turn stimulates this??

crying helps us to be human and teaches us that life is fragile and beautiful in many different ways.we show emotion because we do not want to upset the balance
