1) first use ccleaner
run the following two menus of ccleaner
cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner
issues > Scan For Issues > Fix Selected Issues

copy/paste the isass.exe.exe.msg and put it on your search bar to find out what it is, what it will do, and how to resolve that issue. Usually there is a fix within the search site you go to.
Anytime you are in doubt about what something is, copy/paste it and do a search on it....There will tell you if spy-ware or if safe and how to fix if its a problem...This was told to me by a computer programmer who is VERY security conscious

First, go to the Run and type the following
shutdown -a
The shutdown box will desappear,
Then go to Windows Update and update your computer.
It will remove and fix

download all windows update files from windows site, run spyware scans i use spyboat and ad aware,, get a good anti virus program i use avg, clean up your computer files i use easy clearner everything for tools u need is on my link
