Never. I find it more effective if, instead of denying, I look on it as simply deferring. That way, I have something to look forward to, instead of something to regret missing out on.
As for the "all of" part -- with some things, once I've begun enjoying them, I do want all I can get, yep, but more, in these cases, is a good thing. :) With others...I start with less than I think I want, and often find it was exactly what I needed.

Usually not very often but last week it was all about that. I did a 7 day detox/cleanse. It went very well and I feel fantastic. No alcohol, no red meat, no dairy just fruit, veggies, fiber and loads of water. And trust me that was no easy task. I am a meat eater
