Do you mean in vitro insemination? Yes, if donor eggs are used.

I had gone thru menopause totally - was completely done - when we used donor eggs + my husband's sperm = I carried the pregnancy following FET (frozen embryo transfer). Got a genius IQ, healthy baby boy who is now 8 yrs old!

Yes. That's how some women are able to become mothers into their 60s. However, egg donation would be needed because after the menopause the woman is no longer producing her own eggs.
Also, a clinic that is prepared to do this would have to be found. In the UK, the max age for ferility treatment is 40 and women. Only some countries will offer such treatment to women who are post menopausal.
