If they take it to court and win, yes. They can and will attach your bank accounts, paycheck and tax returns along with any other assets. Why don't you pay the bill instead? You spent the money.

If are declared bankrupt then any asset you own is
received by the Official receiver to meet the all
liabilities.....


In your situation if you are declared so.
Yes any money in any account is taken into a/c.
i.e. Cash is also an ASSET.
