really depends, theres two ways to wake up, 1. waken up, noise person, bad dream. and 2 lay awake, no sudden noises awake naturally. and if number 2 happens and you had barley no sleep but slep none the less you can feel more refreshed than a full 8-10 hour sleep. its the way you wake up that refreshes you unless relaxing your muscles.....now thats a different question

Actually We need at least 8 hours of sleep per day! it keeps the body fresh and energetic

i have recently discovered that u don't feel rested only after specific hours of sleep....
its important that u get sound sleep...there are times when i woke up after 4 hrs of sleep even after not having slept the whole day...n i was feelin refreshed
but its a rare affair...
nvm...rare is always precious...

l get about 7 hours of sleep a day. No, is not enough, that is why I Love coffee.

i never get enough sleep... but i did last night for a change.. so i feel more rested today.... get some sleep!!!!!!!!!
