hehe...a "dildo" is a fake penis. They can be made of metal or plastic, can be nearly any size or colour and a lot are battery-operated. A lot of women in the west are proud owners of dildos but you'd be hard pressed to get them to admit to the fact, especially in public!

Dildo means fake not original
He is a 'dildo' means the person cannot be believed.
'Placebo' This word also is more or less same meaning.
