she calls all day and night she tryed to stop him from marring me and she tryed to have my baby taken away and tryed to have my husband taken away by the police we have just moved and we cant tell her where we live coz she will be round all the time trying to get my husband to go back to her

she was the same befor we got married she has not like me from day 1 and i dont know why if its all people or just me and she keep calling and saying she is going to kill her self but she just said that she never does it and my husband never talk to her on the phone

OK mom seems to have a major issue the line that says she wants him to come back to her sounds more like a ex then a parent. how does your hubby feel about this mess?he has to be the one to instigate the change in the relationship anything you do will be labeled you interfering and she will not respond.i keep reading the same question from so many women here i have to wonder where these mother in laws were before you got married were they normal people then mutated the day of the wedding?i am a mother in law and even though i do not think this girl is what my son needs in his life he does and he is the one dealing with her so i stay out of it and its pretty easy to do to be honest she and i both love my son and when i keep that in mind i have very little to say about his relationship its his business and none of mine

OH MY GOSH, I would not want to be in your shoes. Talk to your hubby about how you are feeling and get him to talk to her. Trying to get your baby off you is discusting really and i know my hubby would not put up with that. His is old enough to talk to her and tell her that he wont be going back to her and that he is happy with you and the baby.
Dont tell her where you live and get caller id on your phone so when she phones you dont have to pick up and when you do you can just say he is not in good bye. then if she rings again ignor it.
Control freak is what she sounds like.
talk to your hubby before she ruins your relationship as it will put stress on it. Good luck and hope it all gets sorted out.

Get your husband to sort it out ,she needs to know her role of what is not acceptable in her married sons life.

You have already done the right thing by moving away, if she cannot let him be happy and get on with his life and be part of that then she can't expect for you to give her your new address.

hi I know what you mean but was not that bad and your mother in law should be ashamed it is your husband mother and he needs to stand his ground you cant keep running away he needs to tell her she cant acted like that you don't have to invite your mother in law in to your home if it is that bad get an injusion on her

WEIRD! just make usre that you and your hus are on the same page about how you handle her. I'd see a lawyer about getting a restraining order.
