I have noticed this. If you drink too much of it, you feel AWFUL , but if you drink moderate amounts, you wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed for the day.

I wish that was the case for me, i only have to have one glass of red wine and i wake up feeling awful, it affects my head so much i cant drink it at all.

I think it's down to one's personal body chemistry. If I do that I feel like crap in the morning. Just with red wine, mind you—other alcoholic beverages I have no problem.
