is it team building or a wizard wheeze?
go karting. paintball. rafting. indoor wall climbing,
raise money for charity... runaway bride... escaping convict... (get as far as you can in 24hrs with no money...and just the clothes youre in... brides in full white dress! convicts in jeans Tshirts and slippers!)
sponsored event, run a marathon on treadmills, push a car...ride a bike...
however... for sheer fun, goto a lazer quest arena... its indoors, dark, and the best fun youll have with your clothes not getting wet.
i fancy linking a load of playstations (or whatever) and doing the Formula One at say silverstone, or even the LeMans 24hr race, in real time...starts at 4pm saturday, finishes 4pm sunday... do it in teams... great event, and its good team building, and of course you have a clear winning team
good luck

Organising a corporate event can be an incredibly stressful experience. When it comes to putting on an event in London, there are also many more factors to consider and hurdles to overcome.
One of the most important parts of any event is the food. If you get this right, then it makes everything else so much easier.
For anyone looking at organising an event in London, the below pointers should help when determining the best approach when it comes to catering.
Consider Everyone
There is nothing worse than turning up at an event and then not being able to eat the food. When planning your event catering, you must consider individual’s dietary needs. You simply have to ensure that you provide something for everyone – vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free etc.
- Bear in Mind the Momentum of the Evening
When it comes to deciding on a caterer for your London event, it is not as simple as just choosing the food. You also have to consider how the food will integrate into the proceedings. A long, drawn out meal in the middle of an event can be a bit of a vibe killer. Equally, if you get the food out of the way too early, you run the risk of people getting hungry again before the night’s through. In the planning of your event, you must consider where the food will fit in and, thus, ensure that it is a positive part of the evening.
- Be Sure to Check Out Reviews
- Supply Clear Instructions
The last, but by no means the least important, piece of advice is to ensure you provide your caterers with all of the information they require in order for the night to proceed without any problems. They should be aware of exactly what time they are expected to arrive, have the food ready, serve the first course, wrap up etc. If you begin the event with clear and concise instructions, you have much more chance of everything working out well on the night.

For silly ideas, think about the same things you would do for a childrens' party. For example, consider pottery decorating. A group in my office went to a store that provided blank tiles, paints, and fired the painted products, and those tiles are now on display on a wall in the office. You should have room in your budget for pizza or ice cream, too. You didn't say if you're in town or in the country, but a hay ride would be memorable. I saw a hay ride in urban Hoboken New Jersey US last fall, and, out in the country, some places that have apple picking or pumpkin picking in the fall may also be able to arrange harvesting and a hay ride.

Get them all waiting in the room for about two hours, then announce that nothing will happen but you will be sending £1000 off to a charity, then pass around a bucket for further donations.

November would suggest a themed Guys Fawkes night or perhaps a Thanksgiving style do.

For food safety, you can hire the cool room and freezer so that. Select reasonable time and after that plan for a catering service.
