i am 4 11 and im 13 and everyone makes fun of how im short
i dont know if this is a normal height

No your not dont worry about you height just make sure you eat a well balanced diet and you will grow a lot you will have a growth spurt soon you still have a lot of growing to do some people grow up until they are 20 as for the people who make fun of you, youi wil catch up to them!! good luck buddy

Yes, but there is nothing wrong with being behind. Chances are, you're still growing and will probably still have a few more growth spurts.
I'm 4'11", and almost 16. (I'm a girl though) but I only recently shot up half an inch, and I didn't think I would grow anymore. Males usually don't stop growing until they're 20, in all areas :P. So you're short now, but I doubt you'll be 4'11" for the rest of your life. Ignore the teasing, I know it's hard, but there will come a time, you won't care so much that you're short, so what, ya know? Teasing always bothered me, too, but when I started highschool, it sort of went away and less and less people cared. I still get occasional comments, but I just ignore it, who cares what they think.

The first step is to accept the truth — that being a "late bloomer" is totally normal and nothing to be ashamed of! The fact is that teens start going through puberty at very different ages. Girls usually start anywhere between eight and 14 years old, and boys usually start anywhere between 10 and 17 years old.
My brother was shorter than you at 13, and when he turned 15, he started growing up. Now he's taller than his friends.
If your school mates make fun of you don't give a damn about it. They will get their answer in 3 years time =P

You still have about 4 more years of growth left in you-try to maximise it. Eat the right food and sleep well at night and stay off drugs!
