I think the important thing is to focus on what you want to accomplish in your research. Research can be tedious and sooo time consuming. What part is frustrating? Remember even negative results in research can be helpful because you can write about why you think the results came out negative. So, despite things not going the way you thought it may still be quite valuable. Good luck.

i was once frustrated by my research...i tried managing my time well...try listing down all the things that you will do for the whole week in a sheet of paper and try to put or have some time for your research work in each day of the week....always bring the paper or your list with you so that you wont forget the things you should do and in that way if you have some time you could do some of the things that you wrote and cross it out and by the end of the day or week all of the things you have written is done. you could finished your research before the deadline.......this really works for me

The first thing you need to do is to relax a bit. Then, try to concentrate more on ur research work and you must try to find out what was the problem of your research, maybe it lack of information needed.
