Landlord let furnace run out of oil for days at a time this winter.what is proper temps for tanks i also have 13 foot burmese

I do have two heat rocks in both cages and two heat lamps at each end of cages.But when the landlord let us go without heat for days evem putting blankets over cages didn't keep temps up.Our apt was 30 degrees some days.

Your landlord cannot be held responsible for this as it is your responsibility to provide the correct enviroment for your pets.
Get some form of heating today before they die from hypothermia. You should be keeping them in a specialy heated vivarium and not relying on your central heating.
Wake up and smell the coffee!!!!!!!!!

You better watch youself... get a heat lamp above the snake or a heating pad under the tank, We don't let our temp go under 70, I think 60-63 is the deadly mark, get treatment from a vet, sounds like a cold, nothing to mess with, can be deadly, Do this IMMED. Animal control can be at your door seizing your snake for cruelty charges if someone reads this and wants to cause problems. I know a person that this happened to!

No, because you should have had a heat lamp or tank heater of some sort other than the furnace that is meant to heat your entire house/apartment and probably to a lesser temperature than what is best for your snake. Why not actually set your enclosure up properly?

it is your fault for not keping your snake heated well enough
