The meat has these 'dot' thingys all over them, they're the size of sesame seeds. Should i be worried?

don't worry about it, its the from cooking, the juices come out of the patty and solidify

What freaks me out are the little hard things in Taco Bell's beef. I'll bite into one of those things and think "I will never eat here again". Then a year or so later I will get a hankering for a MexiMelt, bite into a hard thing, and say the same thing. It's a vicious cycle.

Wouldn't a better question be: "..... . What are these things?"
