everyday i eat a lot (junk food) because im like starving i eat the regular 3 meals (breakfast,lunch,dinner) but im a ways hungry so i eat everything what can help me stop

eat things that are more filling, like an example, drink orange juice with pulp, rather than orange juice without pulp, and you can eat slower and take smaller mouth fulls let the food get to your stomach before you start eating again, or maybe its a eating disorder, and should talk to your doctor about a nutritionist. and scrap the diet pills some can actually lead to certain cancers,,,,,thats a retard for ya or unless your like hmm looose 10 percent fat, and maybe cause a type of cancer, yeah ok i'll try that. than try it but dont! trust me. try what i said and see than talk to your doctor.

Hi, I like to munch out to and the same way that your talking but I guess luckily I have an esophageal disorder and I stay slim. But with the junk food I do break out and I hate when my looks suck so what I do is try to have lots of different healthy snacks to munch out on and cut back on the junk so much.

I like to drink energy drinks to. The kind of snacks I try is different puddings cause they are small portion, I like the strawberry shortcake. I don't eat alot of fruit but when I do I cut an apple up, cantaloupe, strawberries have a banana every now and again and if I don't eat to much fruit I mix fruit in with pancakes or oatmeal. Granola bars are healthy to, cheese crackers just try to reverse all the junk food into something more healthy for your body and you can still enjoy munchin out at the same time.

Try doing more with your time.
I do similar to you with food but not as bad. It's because of boredom and sitting in all day with baby.
If you go out a lot and stop being around house or at a desk it'll stop you snacking as you won't beable to do it.
I'm great to give advice but not great at taking my own!! When the warmer weather comes it's easier to motivate yourself.
Chew gum is another appetite repressor as is drinking water.
Stay away from the pills as it'll only come back when you stop taking them as well as the health risks.
Fruit doesn't fill you up like a mars bar, so try fruit cereal bars or a bag of peanuts instead.

Stop and think about what you are doing to yourself. Those chips are just junk.

You wouldn't give your car chips to run off of, yes? Instead, you feed it gas?

Give yourself the same chance at life, don't feed yourself with junk food.

Think of your body as a machine, without the proper nutrients, it will fail, but with the right food, it will adapt and adjust to whatever you command it to do.....

Keep the slave driver mentallity.....don't alter your three meals a day, your body will adapt to it.....Also, exercise if you can. It does a body wonders beyond wonders....Exercise,,,,,,if you have dogs, then walk them, if not, then walk just because.....

You might stop eating junk food, by eating salad every time you feel like hungry.

well its good tht u have ur meals thrice a day.....y dont u start cooking veges at home or instead of eating junk food.....buy proer healthy meals from some hotels, shops or whtever.

maybe u shud join the gym....if u workout and put a ot of effort in it....maybe u'll stop urself from eating so much....just watch wht u eat.

I am a female......so i used to watch all these skinny models on T.V....by looking at them.....i started to worry about my self....i went on a strict diet and joined the gym.\

Once i got slim, i never wanted to eat junk food....so u do the same.Ask a friend to join u at some good gym or do aerobics or exercing at hme......u'll lose weight and wud stop junk food urself.

eat more filling things like fruit and grains. Have oatmeal or cream of wheat in the morning and make sure you aren't drinking too much pop or eating too much sugar. The syrup in pop and sweetners in foods will make you feel hungry all day.

I don't know your age but I would like you to undergo the following tests:blood sugar level,thyroid function tests,etc.You might be suffering a psychiatric disorder-bulimia.Kindly consult an endocrinologist and a psychiatrist.

better way to deal with that wheneva u feel like eatin go for popcorns and that too without butter in it... or u can take several small nutritious meals through the day...that contains fibre and less oil....

Try drinking more water. It should help to make you feel more full. And don't eat a lot of sugar, it messes with your blood sugar & makes you hungrier.
