My sister's friend is 15 her boyfriend is 19..she came to me to ask if she could lie to the hospital about her age so her boyfriend wouldnt get in trouble...i said NO!! they both haven't told their parents and they seem to think their living in a fantasy world where it will all come together etc getting married, getting a house...the boyfriend doesn't even work!! why do 15 year olds think having a baby will be fun and cute and make the boyfriend stay and play happy families...i've tried telling her it wont be fun as it's a life commitment but she wont listen what can i do? she's a very close friend to the family thats why im so involved with her business...

I got pregnant when i was 15. I thought the same thing. Its the hardest thing I have ever done. Don't get me wrong I love my son more that anything. But i had to grow up fast. I am still with his dad. We are married now but we have to work all the time just to have the money to pay rent. We couldnt finish school cause we have to work to make sure we have the money to survive. Flat out tell her that this isnt a walk in the park. More that 70% of tennage dads leave. There is no fanasy to having a family. Theres no more going to parties on friday nights and most of your friends won't want to hang out anymore cause that baby is part of you. I take my son every where with me. All of my friends from school don't want to hang out anymore cause theres a baby with me. Parenting is no walk in the park. If you kno someone who has a small baby, have her watch that baby for just 24 hours. Let her see how demanding a baby can be. Show her that being a mom is now walk in the park. Being a young parent is really hard. You have no free time, while my son is asleep i spend my time cleaning doing laundry and trying to finish my schooling online. Life is hard and it gets even harder after you have a child.

TELL HER MUM my 14 year old 1st time from having sex with her boyfriend also 14 years old condom split she went to another lady adult and she said that you cant get pregnant from 1st time having sex, what a stupid person, we all say "why didn't you come to me"? but at that age they don't want to go to a parent i wish she had i could of help her its not like I'm not open with her cause i am thought she could come to me with anything, why didn't this so called person tell some one that my daughter went to her for advice which was the wrong advice, so now we have a grandson called Davie go and tell her mum i would of wanted to know, but now hes here and hes still a baby not an unwanted baby but would of been nice a few years done the line. I dont think your friend will be too happy with you telling her mum but her mum has the right to know!!!!

You have to give her a time limit. Tell her that if she doesn't tell her mother that she is pregnant by a certain date then you will have to. Would you want to know if your 15 year old daughter was pregnant?
Her mother might be the only one who can talk some sense into her! You have an obligation to inform her as her daughter is having underage sex with a man over the age of consent, which is, by law, statutory rape.
Do the right thing and give her the option of telling her mother herself. If not you tell her!

This fantasy she's having is going to end with Papa Sanchez in a State Prison, and Little Momma alone in a very bad situation.
Is she actually not concerned about this? First of all, DO NOT tell the boyfriend that you will inform the authorities. HE WILL RUN! Hell, I would. I'd be in Mexico in 7 hours. Untouchable. This needs to happen soon and needs to happen under-the-table so that he actually HAS to support this child, mandated by the court.

If she is in the states the a hospital is not going to ask what her boyfriends age is. They will just worry about her giving birth.
Let her live in that world of fantasy for awhile. It will fold after a while and then you can be there for her.

If you truely care about her, and her family, you need to tell her mom.
I know it's like uh... ratting you out, but really consider that possibly babys health, and the issues she's going to face trying to lead a life with a 19 year old husband who will eventually leave her cuz' he can't even take care of hiss broke *ss, and how she's 15, not even in 20% of her life expectancy yet. Consider her having a baby, and it not eating cuz' of money, and it not being well sheltered cuz of money, and it not being taken care of cuz' the relationship is suffering. Bottom line, baby will not be taken care of, and will die.
And besides that, it's wrong. He is 19 and she is 15, he is legal and should have know to wrap up his damn dick.
Take yourself out of protecting/friend relationship, and think of the big picture and protect your sisters friend, and her family in the long run.

Could not give a rats *** that the boyfriend is 19 other then he should know better and be more responsible in dealing with this.
All I see is two young people especailly the girl in trouble.
They most likely love each other, he aint a perve or peado ort anything like that.
Go ahaead and tell her to lie to the hospital... that bnit is unimportant.
Dealing with the pregnancy IS important.
Tell her unless this is sorted you are going to her parents.

a lot of teenagers think that they know best - and that everyone else needs to 'lighten up'.... u are wasting your breath telling her not to do something.... the only way that someone like that will learn is from experience... i waited until i was well into my 20's until i decided i was ready to have a child. i know that personally i make a much better mother now than i would have as a teenager. when u are a teenager, u are still a kid yourself! (that's a fact, not an insult). could u maybe try having a word with her parents ?

first of all i would like to say all 15 year old DO NOT THINK ITS FUN!!! i was 15 and my boyfriend left me when i had one month before my due date. i didn't think it was fun or easy. i had a lovely boy , that was 5 years ago and i have another son a loving husband and a lovely house.

first off, they ask for ID when you go to the hospital, her driver license will have her date of birth, they will ask for her social security card, which can give her date of birth if the query it right, but since she will enter the hospital a minor, her parents will have to give authorization to have her delivered (unless it is a life threatening emergency, and then they will proceed but will then ask the parenst to sign the papers later)
unfortunately, if theproper authorities find out, the BF will be arrested and charges with being a sexual predator/offender. He will incur the rath of whomever...
