Trades done at Stock Markets have financial implications, rights and liabilities. Any free access for trading, without basic financial stakes, can create havoc at any settlement. One can just dream of such situations of free live terminals in any practical scenario.

IMPOSSIBLE.

A live terminal for trading on NSE will allow an operator to sell and buy stocks in Cash segment. If it clubbed with Futures and options, you can trade in the F&O sector, too. This means lots and lots of money (real) is at stake. I do not think any sane stock broker will allow anybody to mess up with his financials by offering free terminals.

Secondly if you wish to operate the NSE terminal, you must pass the NCFM examination conducted by NSE. After passing, you are alloted a trading id which again requires a letter from authorised stock broker.
