international schoolin here.....(im entering college...i cant speak mandarin....) what school do you know where language used is english....

If you live in Taichung, ask at Morrison Academy. It is a school for foreigners. They may either have college classes or know where there is one that does not demand that you know Mandarin. The only other option I can think of is to check out a Christian church. I am pretty sure that they would know. There are education sites, but remember that anything dealing with English will be private and may not be listed on those sites.
