they should include the "taba" for commercial purposes. hindi naman pwedeng puro laman lang coz they buy it in the market with the "taba." they put it at the end para sa mga gusto ng taba they can eat it last. kumbaga, saving the best for last for most filipinos enjoy the "taba." for some who don't eat the "taba", they can just toss it away once eating the meat which is placed at the tip of the barbecue stick.

It's the only way it's been done there. They're not as crazy about removing the fat from everything they eat as Americans. Americans go so far as offering genetically altered potato chips just to cut 10% off the fat content.

You try one with some thin strip of fat, then you will regret why you have earlier removed all fats from pork. It is hell and heaven difference. And you can try the final brush with a honey and champagne mixture before it is removed from the charcoal....it really brings out the best.....

kasi kung ikaw iyong nagtitinda at bumili ka nang isang kilo ng baboy, siyempre may taba. alangan naman iwan na lang sa iyo iyong taba, kaya lahat pantay-pantay, binibigyan. kasama sa costing iyon. kaya nga mura pork bbq eh.

first, Filipinos don't want to waste anything. As you can see in every market, all parts of the animal is being sold and can be eaten. second, it adds more grease to the meat and keeps it from getting burned.
