no, you have not bad looking as the first part of your premis and also in your conclusion.

restating your argument i think it is this

not being bad looking is the same as not being ugly which is the same as not being good looking

therefore everyone is "not bad looking" because no one is good looking or ugly.

this is some kind of falacy, and it simply serves to erode the legitimate use of these statments. it may not be very nice to say that someone is ugly, but it doesnt make sense to attempt to distort language to make it impossible to sensibly say it should we find a reason to do so.

i thought not bad looking is an understatement for goodlooking
