We in the UK are up to the episode where Claire is having flashbacks to the time where her mum is in a coma and she finds out who her dad is. You must be further on than that.

due to the 13 or so week wait that the US had half way through season 3 (the same place we did but our break wasnt for anywhere near as long) we are only a few days behind each other. They get their episode (i think) on a tuesday and we get that same episode on the following sunday.
Guess this is also stops people in the uk downloading the episodes from the net to see them first seeing as, at best, your only gonna save about 3 days and still be left with nothing to watch on a sunday night.
