Dallas. Contrary to mysticfairy's belief, crime is everywhere, not just in Dallas or Houston.

I am from Houston but have been all over Texas. Houston is good if you like to party cause it's know for it's clubs . San Antonio is good if you like to socialize the people are really friendly there and Dallas is good for it's thrills there's a lot to do there all in all it really depends on what you're looking for in a city.

Houston smells bad i blame the docks and the dirty water, not to mention it gets humid and hella hot there.

Dallas (or sallad as we call it) has like one good thing about it, it's not Houston..

San Antonio is okay, if you have a good job and don't mind paying a high price for some things

Austin is a'ight, but you have the idiots who try to hard to keep it weird and all the traffic (like Houston does)

i grew up between san antonio and dallas, hated dallas loved S.A. but its a tourist town.

Putting it THIS way....lol...

I have lived in both San Antonio...& Houston....

While Houston allows ALOT more....as far as jobs, housing, & entertainment....it also offers ALOT more higher prices for rent & utilities....not too mention...everytime I turned the news on....I heard of one more crime...added to the 6 others that happened that day....UGH!....
Dallas is the same way....plus I am not real fond of that town at all...

San Antonio on the other hand...is smaller...but the cost of living is lower there also...depending on where you live...I had an Aunt who lived in SA, but worked in Austin...since she got paid more in Austin....

I would think of which would better suit your financial needs...

I lived in all & liked none ! I wouldn't choose either. I would go west like San Diego or Las Vegas, but that just me.
