I cant stand real estate people especially property managers, mine demands that I pay rent on time and if I am even a day late I get a call from her even though I have been renting through them for 2 years and never given them any problems. Oh and when I want something done they take 2 weeks to get around to it.

In California, there is no two weeks to get something fixed... Your air conditioning goes down, in the middle of a 100+ degree week? That can be life threatening. Call the landlord, wait patiently. Do the research so you know how long you have to wait. I think it's 24 hours for a life threatening situation.
If they don't get it resolved in the time allotted for by statute? Call your own repair person. Have them make the repair. Pay them. Keep your receipt. When you pay your rent, write the check for Rent minus bill - include a photo copy of the bill.
I, However, can't stand travel agents. The individuals are hard working and intelligent. But the travel industry is the biggest shell game ever!

I also hate them, but the thing that topps up, is the Manager of any company, LOOOOOL they are soo stuck up as if we were animals working for them, when i become a manager i will hire them and show them how it feels :D
